About Jake

I’m Jake Semeniuk, and I’ve been a coach/personal trainer for over 4 years! I was 18 when I first started my career and I’ve loved it ever since! That being said, with my experience, I have honed my skills in guiding individuals towards their fitness goals with results-driven programming. My approach blends a deep understanding of exercise science with a passion for motivating clients. The moment you step through the door I will ensure you are comfortable and focused. Whether you’re looking to enhance performance, overcome obstacles, or simply lead a more active lifestyle, my personalized coaching strategies are designed to support and inspire every step of the way!
